Donations \ Sponsorships
Donations and Sponsorships are seasonal/yearly, unless stated otherwise. All donations and sponsorships are utilized to support Jackboyz athletes, coaches, and the organization. Please note donations and sponsorships are completely voluntary. Donations/Sponsorships can be voided at anytime with/without notice.
Exchange / Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Jackboyz Football does NOT issue exchanges, refunds, credits, or cancellations.
Shipping / Delivery / Pickup Policy
In the case you choose shipping, please note it may vary. Average/Normal shipping after processing is 3-7 business days. Please view your order details for specific shipping and delivery information, including your order's tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number, your order has left your possession. It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure the information entered when placing his/her order is correct. If a customer notices his/her address is entered incorrectly, we ask that he/she contact us immediately. Jackboyz Football is not responsible for shipping delays and/or delivery errors. In addition, we will NOT issue refunds, exchanges, and/or credits due to shipping and/or delivery issues. We kindly ask all customers to contact the mail carrier company in the case of shipping delays and/or delivery errors. If, for any reason, a package is returned, the customer will be held financially responsible for an inconvenience fee as well as the reshipping fee. Orders will NOT be reshipped until all fees are paid. In the case the fee is not paid within 10 business days, the order will be voided without refund, exchange, or cancellation. The inconvenience and reshipping fees may vary.
All $60 sponsorship orders are pickup only. Jackboy athlete and/or parent only! The athlete/parent will be held responsible for delivering the item(s) to the sponsor.

The Jackboyz Football is a cashless business. Jackboyz Football accepts most US credit/debit cards.
